when you click this button, a number of things will happen. first, your chosen userid will be checked. if it is already in use by someone else, you will get a message explaining that and you will be returned to this page to choose another userid. assuming your userid is unique, your basic details will be stored and you will be prompted for some further statistical data. when you have completed that, you will be prompted for payment. when payment has been made, you will see a confirmation message. from there, you will be able to click to a number of SEA web pages including the member login page where you will be able to login using the userid and password entered above.
